Enzo Filippetti is Professor of Saxophone at the "Santa Cecilia" Conservatory of Music in Rome. As a soloist and member of the Quartetto di Sassofoni, Accademia has held concerts for musical institutions, festivals and prestigious venues all over the world such as La Biennale di Venezia, Mozarteum in Salzburg, Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris, Berlin. He has collaborated with internationally renowned soloists such as Claude Delangle and Bruno Canino and with many Italian composers including Ennio Morricone, Vittorio Fellegara, Ada Gentile and Franco Mannino who have dedicated their works to them. With the Quartetto Accademia he recorded several CDs for Nuova Era, Dynamic, Edipan, Iktius, BMG-Ariola, Paganmusic. He has published books of studies for Riverberi.
